Since Patch 2.3, Niobe has been the teacher of the Engineer-only Flying mounts, the [Flying Machine Control] and the [Turbo-Charged Flying Machine Control].
Niobe can currently be found in Wildhammer Stronghold in Shadowmoon Valley.
