- Permanently attaches overpowered nitro boosts to a pair of boots, increasing critical strike rating by 16 and allowing you to greatly increase run speed for 2 sec.
The nitro boosts can only be activated every 3 minutes and require an Engineering skill of at least 400. The actual speed increase is 150%, which is 50% more than epic land mount. Thus, these are very useful on getting some range between you and your target. - Requires

Nitro Boosts is an engineer-only permanent "enchant" to boots. It will give a 2 second speed increase every 3 minutes.
This item takes the same "spot" as an enchant from Enchanting.
