Nivvet Channelock is a gnome quest giver for the Alliance at Thundermar^{[49, 29.7]}

in the Twilight Highlands. He is the only non-dwarf in the town and can be found standing just outside the forge area. He uses his knowledge of engineering to craft a large weapon that will take down the Dragonmaw drakes.
