Noble Garden is part of the Noble Gardener meta-achievement for the Noblegarden world event.
No PvP action here. Alliance players need only hide an egg in Stormwind, Horde players in Silvermoon. [Noblegarden Eggs] can be purchased for 5 
from Noblegarden Merchants and Noblegarden Vendors.
