Nostrastrasz is one of several red dragons found resting around the central tree at the Vermillion Redoubt^{[29, 25]}

in the Twilight Highlands. He can also be found flying around the central, blackened tree within the Obsidian Forest^{[64, 78]}

further to the south, fighting the black dragonflight.
