Nourish is a druid ability learned at level 12 for druids who have chosen the Restoration specialization. Originally introduced as a flash heal - style spell in Wrath of the Lich King, it became a long cast spell with Patch 4.0.1, Regrowth being the Flash Heal style spell.

• Patch 4.0.6 (8-Feb-2011): Nourish is now trained at level 8, down from level 78.

• Patch 3.2.0 (04-Aug-2009): Empowered Touch now also provides a 10%/20% benefit to Nourish. 
  
• Patch 3.1.0 (14-Apr-2009): Nature's Bounty (formerly Improved Regrowth) now also benefits Nourish. 
  
• Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Moonglow now also benefits Nourish. Wild Growth applied to a target now increases the healing done by this spell by 20% like other heal over time effects.
