Nyrill is a level 39 quest giver located at the foot of Bear's Head below the Azshara Tower. As Archmage Xylem's apprentice, he stands next to a summoning circle adorned with relics and torches.
Nyrill offers the utility quest 
[55] Return Trip (Repeatable), which enables travelers to return to Sanath Lim-yo's camp.
