Occulus is a level 50 elite named drake of the bronze dragonflight who guards the entrance to the Caverns of Time in Tanaris, together with Tick and Chronalis.

In Cataclysm Edit

This section concerns content exclusive to Cataclysm.

On Cataclysm beta servers, some players discovered the existence of a new rare, hostile NPC called Occulus the Corrupted, while the old Bronze Occulus has disappeared. The appearance of this has reignited discussions of the connections between the Bronze Dragonflight and the Infinite Dragonflight, including speculation regarding Nozdormu's presence during the battle with the Infinites at the Bronze Dragonshrine and what his true intentions are.
