The title of the Shattered Sun was introduced in Patch 2.4.0, and is given to players who complete the quest  [70] A Magnanimous Benefactor. The quest becomes available to players who are exalted with the Shattered Sun Offensive and after Sun's Reach Harbor has been reclaimed. To complete the quest, the player must simply donate 1000.

The title will show up after the character's name, like so:
