Ograbisi is a level 53 prisoner inside the Halls of the Law of Blackrock Depths. He is initially friendly, but will turn hostile if Marshal Reginald Windsor is nearby. He shares a cell with Jaz the orc.

Ograbisi's name may be a reference to the character Simon Adebisi from the HBO series Oz, which takes place within a high-security prison. Adebisi is an inmate known for his brutal violence, and for the knit hats he always wears.
