The Old Barracks^{[39, 55]}

can be found in the western section of Stormwind, overlooking Stormwind Harbor. Prior to the Cataclysm this was once part of the Park district, but that was destroyed by Deathwing, and this gaping hole with broken and burning buildings is all that remains.

Typically the area is devoid of mobs, but during the quest The Old Barracks, it becomes phased and the following inhabitants can be found.
