is a human found on the outside upper floor of the Summer Terrace at the Shrine of Seven Stars^{[86, 63]}

in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

He appears to be an engineer, as revealed by Zhen Zhen Wang, the pandaren he is flirting with. They both like each other, but neither one is confident enough in this to take it any further than flirting. He is concerned he doesn't look enough like a pandaren to attract her, "working on" his beer belly, worrying about how little chest hair he has. He views her as smart and funny, admitting he is head over heels for her, but feeling his is not eloquent enough to get his feelings across.
