Is part of the meta achivement needed for Loremaster of Outland.
It has different demands depending on wether you play Horde or Alliance.
Horde has to complete at least 86 quests in Blade's Edge Mountains.
Alliance has to complete at least 86 quests in Blade's Edge Mountains.
