Onyxia drops Tier 2 headpieces, as well as other fairly comparable loot.

Onyxia will drop two Tier 2 headpieces, the [Onyxia Hide Backpack], the [Head of Onyxia], and two other items. A skinner with 315 skill can skin Onxyia to obtain two to four [Scale of Onyxia].

Onyxia drops the [Head of Onyxia], which like most other end-bosses starts a reward quest for killing the last boss of an instance. Turning in the Head allows players to choose from the following rewards:

Dragonslayer's Signet Binds when picked up Finger +12 Stamina +12 Intellect +6 Spirit +10 Fire Resistance Equip: Increases your spell critical strike rating by 14.

Onyxia Tooth Pendant Binds when picked up Neck +12 Agility +9 Stamina +10 Fire Resistance Equip: Increases your hit rating by 10. Equip: Increases your critical strike rating by 14

Onyxia Blood Talisman Binds when picked up Trinket +15 Fire Resistance Equip: Increases your parry rating by 20. Equip: Increases defense rating by 12. Equip: Restores 7 health per 5 sec
