Grunth, the Orcish Orphan, is a level 4 quest giver located in the Valley of Honor in the orcish city of Orgrimmar.

He is available only during Children's Week. To summon the orphan, the adventurer gets a whistle from Orphan Matron Battlewail as part of the Children's Week quest.
