The Orders from the Lich King is a quest item located in The Guardhouse (the room where Prince Tenris Mirkblood is found) within Karazhan.

The orders do not actually contain anything. They just need to be "activated" to complete the quest.

Need to open for the quest  [70] Chamber of Secrets.
