Orgrimmar Grunts are level 75 guards located throughout the orc capital city of Orgrimmar as well as in the nearest parts of Durotar. They can provide directions to various locations in the city.
During the quest "Warchief's Blessing" they will throw rotten apples at the death knight and spit on him/her.
They were level 65 and had 11650 health between patch 2.0.1 and patch 3.0.2, while before patch 2.0.1 they were level 55 and had 7850 health.
