Redridge Mountains, Oslow's Toolbox can be found in the middle of a cluster of boulders next to a sunken rowboat surrounded by murlocs around levels 19 and 20 at the bottom of Lake Everstill. This is located just south of the largest Murloc camp on the shore of Lake Everstill.
