Overwatch Mark 1 is the robot built by the goblin merchant Zixil to guard him as he travels and trades between Southshore and Tarren Mill.
Trivia
In Old Hillsbrad Foothills, you can see Zixil on the Southshore dock building Overwatch Mark 0, the presumed prototype to Overwatch Mark 1.
