The Overwatch Mark 1 is the robot built by the goblin merchant Zixil to guard him as he travels and trades between the Southshore and Tarren Mill.
Trivia
In Old Hillsbrad Foothills you can see Zixil on the Southshore dock building an Overwatch Mark 0, the presumed proto-type to the Overwatch Mark 1.
