Owatanka , Bluebolt , is a level 24 named blue Thunder Lizard most often seen just south of Camp Taurajo in the Barrens^{[43.7, 62.5]}

. Owatanka's tailspike is of interest to Jorn Skyseer in Camp Taurajo.

On a side note, there are other creatures in the southern Barrens which also start similar quests: a Wind Serpent named  Washte Pawne, the Silithid Harvester and a Kodo named  Lakota'mani.
