The Pale Roost^{[39.9, 19]}

is located in the upper shelf of Deepholm, northwest of the Temple of Earth. Terrath the Steady is one of the Stone Lords, tasked with bringing the stone drakes back under the command of the Earthmother. This task evidently has to be repeated every few hundred years, as the dragons are "fickle" and only respond to shows of strength.
