The Panda Collar item summons and dismisses a Panda Cub, a panda small pet that follows you around, meaning it is a non-combat pet and will not aid you in battle.

This item is available only to people who bought the Collector's Edition of World of Warcraft.
You can obtain this pet by opening your gift box item and accepting the quest Welcome! which requires you to turn in the gift item to an NPC in exchange for a choice of three pet items, one of which is the Panda Collar. The name of the gift box, NPC and quest zone is different depending on your chosen race.
