Pandemic is a Warlock talent in the Affliction tree. Its effect essentially amounts to making the Affliction Warlock's damage over time spells Corruption and Unstable Affliction able to critically strike, and increases the critical strike damage of Haunt.

This talent was added to address a historical issue of the Affliction tree: that its spells would not scale properly with the critical strike rating present on gear, eventually making the Destruction tree overtake it and leave it behind in higher-end PvE content.

• Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Now also increases the critical damage bonus of Haunt by 100%. 
  
• Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): This talent has been reduced to a 1-point talent, now grants your Corruption and Unstable Affliction the capability to critically hit. 
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
