This companion is obtained during the  Mauti questline in Cataclysm. The beginning quest is  [85] The Zandalar Representative or  [85] The Zandalari Menace. During the questline, the cub offers the quest  [85] Some Good Will Come or  [85] Some Good Will Come, from which you receive it as a companion.
