This item comes from a special loot card from the March of the Legion set. The loot card unlocks the option to acquire it from Landro Longshot <Black Flame> in Booty Bay.
The odds of pulling the "Paper Airplane" card out of a March Of The Legion TCG Pack is at around 1/121 booster packs, quite rare. Cards are going for $80 on eBay, and having can quite grab you some attention when throwing the airplanes to others. People often wonder where you'd get that lovely airplane. We love fame.
