The Pebble of Kajaro is one of a series of 3 necklaces that a mage may get from Zandalar Tribe faction. The necklace gets more powerful the higher you get in reputation with the Zandalar Tribe.

Pebble of Kajaro Binds when picked up Unique Neck +6 Spirit +10 Intellect +7 Stamina Classes: Mage Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 7.	Pebble of Kajaro Binds when picked up Unique Neck +8 Spirit +13 Intellect +8 Stamina Classes: Mage Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 9.
