Pendant of the Fallen Dragon drops off Vaelastrasz the Corrupt in Blackwing Lair in Blackrock Mountain. This is ideal for druids and shaman, who will gleam at the mana regen and int, and utilize the stamina with cheers. This is also good for clothies; although warlocks will benefit from the stamina moreso than mages or priests.
