Pendulum of Doom is rare drop from Uldaman. It used to drop about once per 5 or 6 runs.
Patch 2.3.0 reduced the level of mobs in this instance, so it does not drop any more. It is theorized that only mobs above level 40 dropped it, and the highest level mobs in Uldaman are now 39.
^-- Source is wrong, it does still drop as it is a instance specific drop, drop rate is very low though.
Notes
- This weapon is one of only three items with a slow speed of 4.00.
- The large damage and slow speed of this weapon enables Warriors, Paladins and Enhancement speced Shamans to deal very high burst damage.
