Pewpew is a playful way to refer to DPS, associated classes, and sometimes damage in general. Occasionally it is a teasing oversimplification of what DPS is expected to do in a group; Healers and Tanks generally only care about DPS in the context of the damage they ultimately perform rather than any of the cooldowns, specs, minutiae involved in doing so.
It is also referenced in the popular phrase "less QQ, more pewpew", admonishing players to stop delaying groups with discussion about nerfs, DPS meters, and general arguing and simply just try harder at the task at hand.
