These mobs possess surprisingly strong melee and can easily see stealthed players. We've recorded non-crit/crush melee on cloth for 10k and a crit at 19k.
These mobs are immune to taunt.
If healers are not aware that this specific mob is being pulled and anticipating their high melee dps, especially raids with blue tanks and healers, a wipe is quite likely. Their DPS is more on par with mobs in the second half of Kara.
