Phoenix-fire Band is the second of two rewards for players who complete Trial of the Naaru: Magtheridon, given by A'dal. The Tempest Key (item that allows entry to The Eye in Tempest Keep) is the first.

Note that, as of June 19, 2007, the Tempest Key quest items are no longer required to enter The Eye.[1]
