The Pile of Explosives are found beneath the Cathedral of Light^{[50.5, 42.5]}

in Stormwind while Alliance players are on the introductory quest line for the Twilight Highlands.

Members of the Twilight's Hammer clan stole the explosives from shipments in Stormwind Harbor and intended on detonating them in order to kill thousands of people. Through the efforts of SI:7 agent Jack Bauden, players hear of the scheme and fight their way to the Balck Bishop in order to thwart the cult's plans.
