Pilot Xiggs Fuselighter is a level 45 quest giver located at the helipad southeast of the Ravencrest Monument in the contested territory of Azshara. He is Xiggs Fuselighter from Ironforge who has come to the Azshara helipad in Xiggs Fuselighter's Flyingmachine.
He starts the quest
