Pithwick is a level 30 bag vendor located in the Commons in the dwarf city of Ironforge. He is located in Fizzlespinner's General Goods near the bank: go straight from the bank to the chasm that divides the the Commons, turn left, follow the chasm, pass a bridge across the chasm (don't cross the chasm), and Fizzlespinner's General Goods is the first building you come to. It is identified by a sign.
