Plagueborn Horror can be found in the Pit of Saron in Icecrown Citadel. They can be found moving several parts of abominations to Krick and Ick.

AbilitiesEdit

•   Toxic Waste 40 yd range—Deals Nature damage to all enemies within the acid. Lasts 10 sec. Instant. 10% damage every 2 seconds
•   Pustulant Flesh (Heroic mode) 30 yd range—Shoots poison at an enemy, inflicting Nature damage, then additional damage every 5.0 sec. for 10 sec. Instant. 3750-6250 damage, then 2000 damage per 5 on Normal. 5625-9375+3000/5 on Heroic
•   Blight Bomb—Sacrifices the caster's life in order to inflict 9375 to 10625 Fire damage to nearby enemies. 5 sec cast. Cast near death
