Plans: Volcanic Hammer drop (~15%) from Volchan, a level 60 elite rare mob fiery mountain giant found in the Burning Steppes. They have also dropped from mobs in the cave underneath Dreadmaul Rock, although it is not known if any other mobs in the zone possess the plans.
