Functionality
This totem is highly useful against any creatures which poison consistently (such as an on-hit poison or an AoE one). It is slightly useful against creatures which have a poison spell, as you will not get poisoned enough to make this more useful than a specific poison-removing spell. It is completely useless against mobs which do not have a poison ability.
Limitations
- Must be within 20yd radius of the totem.
- The totem of any rank has only 5 hp; it is easily destroyed by mobs and players.

Tips and tactics
The more poison your team is fighting, the more useful this totem will be. However, it is possible to get poisoned so much that the totem can't keep up. The totem will stack if different shaman drop them, since each one will pulse and remove poisons separately.
