Polar Gloves are crafted by Leatherworkers with a skill level of 300. Non-crafters can also get this item from Craftsman Wilhelm if they have completed the quest. Wilhelm will make you this item if you supply him the components and 300 .

The components are:

• 5 Frozen Rune
• 12 Enchanted Leather
• 3 Cured Rugged Hide
• 2 Essence of Water
• 4 Ironweb Spider Silk
