The warrior talent trees are designed to offer all-out PvE offense (Fury), all-out PvP offense (Arms) and all-out defense (Protection). In reality Fury only has a slight edge in end-game PvE over Arms and Arms only has a slight edge over Fury and Protection in PvP. However Protection is the only viable Tanking tree above level 50 or so.
