In World of Warcraft, power can mean a couple of things:

1. Some extraordinary, fantastical or magical action or effect a character, mob, or NPC can perform or an item can produce, like a special ability or spell. Powers tend not to result from professions or skills.
2. An attribute like Attack Power.
