Power Core Fragment are devices near Beezil's Wreck in Dustwallow Marsh. If an [Ooze Buster] is in your inventory these objects will shoot energy at you, making you Energized! The device will allow you to destroy the nearby oozes for the quest  [40] Corrosion Prevention.
