A Prairie Dog Whistle summons a Prairie Dog as a small pet. Horde players can purchase Prairie Dog Whistles to summon them as pets from Halpa in Thunder Bluff. Also, in theory, they can auction the Prairie Dog Whistle used to summon them at a neutral Auction House before it is used.
