Rank 2	+2% chance to hit with melee weapons
Rank 3	+3% chance to hit with melee weapons

Each percent decreases chance to miss in the hit table, stacking with hit rating.

• This talent really helps in instances where the enemies are often higher level than you are.
• Due to the inherently larger base chance of missing when dual-wielding, fury warriors will want as much +hit as possible.
