Used in leatherworking for crafting patterns which are bought from Rin'wosho the Trader, the Zandalar Troll faction vendor.

Where to find Primal Tiger Leather

Primal Tiger Leather can be found by skinning the Zulian Cubs, Zulian Tigers or the High Priest Thekal in Zul'Gurub. Both tiger types have average chance on dropping it when skinned while the High Priest has a higher chance.
