Prince Skaldrenox <Abyssal High Council> is a flamewaker boss summoned at any Greater Windstone in Silithus. He is a powerful elemental being requiring 20-40 people to defeat. Summoning him requires a full Twilight Trappings set, a Twilight Cultist Medallion of Station, a Twilight Cultist Ring of Lordship, and a Scepter of Beckoning (see Object of Beckoning).

Abilities

Blast Wave (Unleashes a wave of flame, inflicting Fire damage to nearby enemies and reducing their movement speed for 6 sec.)
Cleave (Inflicts 110% of normal melee damage to an enemy and its nearest allies, affecting up to 3 targets.)
Mark of Flames (Increases the Fire damage taken by an enemy by 500 for 2 min.)
