Prisms Deck is an item that begins the quest  [80] Darkmoon Prisms Deck, which rewards the player with a [Darkmoon Card: Illusion].

This item can be acquired by combining individual Prisms cards:

	[Three of Prisms]		[Four of Prisms]
	[Five of Prisms]		[Six of Prisms]
	[Seven of Prisms]		[Eight of Prisms]

The cards are created with Inscription's Darkmoon Card of the North.
