Promote to Leader

The primary command to make a member of a party (or group) the new leader used by the current party leader. The target of the leader promote cannot block the promotion.
Ways to promote to leader:
- Select a party member character, right-click their portrait and select Promote to Leader. The crown icon (
) should appear by the portrait of the new leader.
