Prowl is a hunter pet ability unique to cats.

Notes Edit

• This ability is initially set to auto-cast, confusing and frustrating some new hunters. An easy way to remedy this situation is to right-click the ability (turning off auto-cast) and then send the cat in to attack a mob. Upon entering combat, prowl will drop and will not reactivate until left-clicked.

Patch changes Edit

• Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Prowl (Rank 2) level requirement lowered from 40 to 30.
