Scattered throughout (fixed) locations in Zul'Gurub are Jinxed Hoodoo Piles, each Voodoo pile has a chance of dropping a Voodoo Doll, a [Blood Scythe], or nothing. It is very common for the looter of the Voodoo Pile to become hexed by Hakkar and forced to do his bidding for a short amount of time.
Uses
Combining [Gri'lek's Blood], [Renataki's Tooth], [Wushoolay's Mane], [Hazza'rah's Dream Thread], and this item forms a class specific Zul'Gurub Trinket.
